We believe that your tithe should go to your home church. Our church is supported by tithes and offering from its members. We promote giving to mission works that have been approved by our church. The missionaries we support are sponsored directly through their local church, not a board or convention. If your church does not have a mission program and you would like to be involved in world missions, we would be glad to accept you offerings. You can be assured they will be used for that purpose if so designated.
Our church is currently and directly involved in fourteen different mission projects and we are hoping to increase that number. Any offerings not designated for a specific purpose will be used at our church’s discretion. Any offerings designated to a project that we cannot in good conscience support will be returned. We will also give you a receipt for your offerings. If you are not a member of a local, independent, New Testament Baptist Church where you are, you should find one that you can become a member of and get involved in its ministry.
If you are not a child of God, you need to realize that giving to a church will not get you into heaven. Salvation is only in the Lord Jesus Christ.
